Receptions: We encourage you to hold a reception during the conference to give your members - and potential members - a place to gather, network, celebrate, and become more engaged in your organization. You can reserve a space at either of our conference hotels, or you can find a space on your own, such as at a nearby restaurant. If your event is held at one of our hotels, the meeting space is provided free, but you are responsible for food/beverage and all other costs. To reserve your space fill out this form and fax it to Dan Potter at 330-486-9335, our events manager at Experient. The two ISTE-coordinated hotels are the Hyatt and Sheraton. The websites are given here so you can get a glimpse of the hotels. But do NOT contact them directly to arrange space for your reception: Hyatt Regency Denver, http://www.denverregency.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp Sheraton Downtown, http://www.sheratondenverdowntown.com/ Here are the menus for these venues. Sheraton - to be posted Program OverviewThe co-marketing program is a great opportunity to allow ISTE to promote your organization to potential members in your area, and offers you discounts and promotional opportunities exclusive to co-marketers. In exchange, ISTE will provide your organization with ways you can promote ISTE and all its valuable resources to your members. Most of the program focuses on your conference and ISTE's conference, however there is value even beyond that. Even if not many of your members will be attending our conference, you should consider participating to take advantage of other promotional benefits.A note to all co-marketers!!Please share your ideas with each other about how you make the most of these co-marketing tools -- your reception at ISTE conference, promotional media at your conference, comp registrations, brochures, email campaigns, etc. No doubt you've got a great idea that someone else would love to hear! |
